The Bot Dashboard Tool is a software application designed to manage and monitor bots. It offers a centralized interface where users can oversee performance, review bot logs and timings, adjust settings, and analyze bot activities.
A leading billing company in the US requested a dashboard solution to centralize the monitoring and control of all their bots. Previously, the bots were managed only by the technical team, with limited visibility for business users. The new dashboard aimed to address this issue by allowing business users to remotely control the bots, analyze their performance, and access logs and error reports.
We developed a custom, proprietary web application integrated into their existing toolset. The dashboard offered a centralized location to monitor all bots in real-time, allowing business users to track their activity and performance. Users could remotely control the bots, including starting, stopping, or adjusting their behavior as needed. The dashboard featured analytics and reporting tools for evaluating each bot’s performance, including metrics like completion rates.
Despite its specialized nature and deep integration with specific systems and Payor websites, the automation solution significantly improved the timely execution of all developed bots for the customer. Business users experienced substantial savings, amounting to millions of dollars, thanks to the bots' timely monitoring and email notifications, which greatly enhanced staff efficiency.
